Banking as a Service
Own your operation.
Your company already moves volume. Today, settling that volume — and the revenue it generates — stays with the payment provider. With Livex BaaS, the rails, compliance and custody are ours; the account, the brand and the float stay in your operation.
How it fits
The infrastructure is ours. The operation is yours.
The structure — rails, compliance and custody — stays with Livex, invisible to your end client. The desk is yours: accounts, incoming funds and settlement all come out of it, under your brand, with the ten Financial Agents hanging off it.
What is included
Everything your operation needs to exist.
- 01
10 Financial Agents per desk
Every desk starts with ten Financial Agents under your brand: segregated ownership and balance, with statements and reconciliation in each one.
- 02
Settlement in reais and foreign currency
Pix, TED and boleto in Brazil; SWIFT and Livex's own corridors for the international flow.
- 03
API, webhooks and a test environment
Documentation, sandbox keys and asynchronous events for every state change — no polling.
- 04
Compliance and KYC run by Livex
Onboarding, monitoring and regulatory reporting stay on our side, with an auditable trail.
- 05
Operations dashboard
Balances, movements and the status of every settlement, with role-based access control.
- 06
A dedicated desk through rollout
A single Livex contact follows you from technical design to the first settlement in production.
Payment
Ten links of R$ 1,999.70, issued by your company.
The rollout can be paid in full or through ten links of R$ 1,999.70. Your company issues and settles the links. The Financial Agents are operational structure on the desk — they carry no payment relationship whatsoever.
- 01
Your company issues the links
All ten payment links are issued from your company's account. No Financial Agent takes part in this flow.
- 02
Ten instalments of R$ 1,999.70
Equal amounts adding up to exactly the R$ 19,997.00 rollout fee — no surcharge between the first and the tenth.
- 03
Release only at 100%
While any link is outstanding, the platform stays pending release. Once the tenth is settled, the operation is released.

The argument
The money sitting in your operation is already a revenue line.
Funds in transit exist in any operation with volume. The question is not whether they earn — it is for whom. By banking your own operation, that line starts to exist inside your company instead of inside the provider. The outcome depends on your volume, your settlement cycle and the regulatory framing of your operation.
How it starts
From the conversation to the first settlement.
- 01
Operation design
We map your flow: who pays, who receives, in which currency and on which settlement cycle.
- 02
Framing and contract
Compliance defines the structure applicable to your case. Nothing moves before this step.
- 03
Sandbox integration
Your team receives keys, documentation and the test environment with mock data.
- 04
Production with the desk alongside
The switch is followed by the dedicated desk, settlement by settlement, until the flow stabilises.
Timelines describe Livex's operational standard, observed case by case. They are not a guaranteed SLA or a contractual term.
